At Twelve South, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to begin the process.

  Prepare Your Package

  Place the item in its original packaging including all cables, manuals, and accessories to ensure a full refund.

  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your return box.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
